A special “Maestro’s Brew” created by Coeur d’Alene Brewing Company under the direction of Spokane Symphony Music Director
The head brewers at the Steam Plant Grill and Coeur d’Alene Brewing Company worked with Eckart to discover what the German-born conductor liked in a beer. After tasting and discussing Eckart’s favorite beer profiles, they created a new recipe for the Maestro’s Brew. When it came time to brew this recipe for the first time ever, he was right there to participate in the process. Now you are invited to be there when Eckart tastes his own brew for the first time. After Eckart has the first pint, it will be available to the public at the Steam Plant Grill until the batch is gone. Owners of the Steam Plant Grill, Ron and Julie Wells, Gage and Spencer Stromberg, will make a donation to the Symphony for each pint sold.
The creation of the special brew is on the occasion of the Spokane Symphony and the Spokane Symphony Associates joining forces to create a new and exciting early Summer fundraiser, Best Fest featuring two “Best Of” concerts by the orchestra inside the Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox and the Maestro’s Brew Party in a tent in the parking lot in conjunction with one of the concerts.
