Annual Education Concert

Each year, we honor educators during one of our Classics concerts, and this year our Education Concert will be on Sunday February 28, 2010, at 3 p.m. During the show, we will present the Outstanding Arts Advocate Administrator Award in recognition of exceptional administrative support for the Arts in schools.   Teachers are invited to submit nominees for this year’s awards.  All teachers are eligible for a ½ price ticket to this concert.  Also included is an Instrument Donation collection in the lobby to benefit public school music programs in dire need of instruments for student use.  Instruments may be brought to the concert and donors will be issued a receipt and valuation assessment letter for tax purposes, as well as two complimentary tickets to a specified Symphony concert.
